Hellcase publishes its terms, and we read them on 2026-08-02 — what they say about getting a balance out is set out below, with the page itself linked so you can go and disagree with us. And this page is not paid placement: the 4.1 out of 5 is our own, and the claim link pays this site the same whether that number is high or low.
What we cannot show you is that Hellcase honours any of it. We have not put a withdrawal through here. That is a decision rather than an omission. A promo code printed on a page is a string that can be mistyped, silently stripped by a signup form, or expire months before the page promising it comes down.
